1. Identity of the company
These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services and agreements offered by:

Hereinafter referred to as “Press Forward”.
2. Scope of application
These terms apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and services provided by Press Forward, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
By placing an order or requesting a service, the client accepts these terms.
3. Services
Press Forward provides production and coordination services for:
Vinyl records
CDs
Cassettes
Merchandise
Press Forward acts as a production partner and intermediary where applicable.
4. Quotations and agreements
All quotations are:
Non-binding
Valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
An agreement is concluded when:
The client confirms the quotation in writing, or
Press Forward starts execution of the project
5. Pricing and payment
5.1 Prices
All prices are:
In euros (€)
Exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
5.2 Payment terms
Invoices are payable within:
14 days from invoice date, unless agreed otherwise
Press Forward reserves the right to request:
Advance payment (partial or full) before production
5.3 Late payment
In case of late payment:
Interest of 10% per year applies automatically
A fixed compensation of 10% (minimum €75) applies
Press Forward may suspend ongoing projects in case of non-payment.
6. Production and delivery
6.1 Production timelines
All production timelines are indicative.
Press Forward depends on external suppliers and manufacturers. Delays caused by:
Production plants
Material shortages
Logistics
do not entitle the client to compensation.
6.2 Over- and under-delivery tolerance
Due to the nature of physical production, a tolerance applies:
Vinyl, CD, cassette and merchandise production may vary by ±10% of ordered quantities
The invoiced quantity will reflect the actual delivered units.
6.3 Delivery
Delivery is considered completed when:
Goods are made available, or
Transferred to a transport partner
From that moment:
Risk transfers to the client
7. Technical specifications and production tolerances
The client acknowledges that physical production involves technical limitations.
7.1 Audio and media (vinyl, CD, cassette)
Sound quality may vary depending on mastering and format
Vinyl may contain inherent surface noise or minor imperfections
Press Forward is not responsible for mastering issues unless explicitly agreed
7.2 Print and merchandise
Colour deviations may occur between digital files and final products
Slight variations in materials, finishing and alignment are considered acceptable
7.3 Industry tolerance
Minor deviations that fall within standard industry tolerances do not constitute defects.
8. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
Providing correct, complete and production-ready files
Respecting technical guidelines
Delivering materials on time
Press Forward is not liable for:
Errors in supplied files
Approved artwork mistakes
9. Proofing and approval
Before production:
Proofs are provided where applicable
The client must approve these in writing.
After approval:
Production proceeds
Responsibility for errors shifts fully to the client
Changes after approval may:
Cause delays
Result in additional costs
10. Intellectual property
The client guarantees that all provided content:
Does not infringe third-party rights
Press Forward is not liable for copyright claims related to client materials.
Press Forward reserves the right to:
Use produced work for portfolio and promotional purposes
11. Storage and logistics
11.1 Storage
If goods are stored by Press Forward:
Storage is limited to a reasonable period unless agreed otherwise
Additional storage fees may apply
11.2 Risk
Goods stored remain:
At the client’s risk
11.3 Unclaimed goods
If goods are not collected within a reasonable time:
Press Forward reserves the right to charge storage or dispose of goods
12. Rush orders
For urgent or expedited production:
Additional fees may apply
Deadlines are still not guaranteed due to external dependencies
Press Forward is not liable for:
Delays in rush orders caused by third parties
13. Liability
Press Forward’s liability is limited to:
The invoice value of the relevant service
Press Forward is not liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profit
Commercial loss
Delays caused by third parties
14. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted:
Within 7 days after delivery
In writing
After this period:
Delivery is deemed accepted
15. Cancellation and termination
If the client cancels:
Before production: administrative costs may apply
During production: incurred costs will be invoiced
After production: full amount is due
16. Force majeure
Press Forward is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its control, including:
Supplier delays
Transport issues
Technical failures
Natural events
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where Press Forward is established.
18. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
19. Changes to the terms
Press Forward may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on the website.
